Thoroughly wash Turkey (follow Poultry directions on packaging for safe handling) Using a fork (or meat syringe), pierce deep holes throughout the Turkey Place entire Turkey, Turkey Parts or Turkey Breast in Plastic Bag Pour in one bottle of Shauna’s Magic Marinade Place in refrigerator for 4 hours or (overnight) Preheat Oven to 425 degrees Remove well-marinated Turkey from plastic bag (discard excess marinade) Place in Shallow Roasting Pan on Rack Cover entirely with Foil Oven Fry for 30 minutes Reduce temperature to 325 degrees and oven fry at 30 minutes per pound Important!!
